See where your items are used around your workspaces

Not sure if your asset or contact is save to delete or is it maybe still inserted somewhere with the rich text editor. With the Item Usage Module, you see the usage of your items directly in the app browser workbench. If an item is used somewhere, the infobox provides a direct link to the item’s app.
